The department is also available to assist clients in after-sales care including obligations involving restrictive covenants, buildings' insurance or boundary rights.
From the 1st June 2007, the Government is introducing compulsory Home Information Packs. From this date, anyone in England and Wales marketing a property will need to prepare a HIP before putting it on the market.
